I have 20 years’ experience in the service, maintenance & repair industry and can provide the good people of Shrewsbury with an affordable repair service for your broken goods. I Repair Consoles, Computers, Laptops, Tablets, Smartphones, Power Tools, Garden Tools, Hair Straighteners, Cookers……. Anything within reason.

These days, due to the vast number of gadgets and devices we have, there is inevitably a very large parts list, this makes it hard for me to quote straight away and is why I ask for information up front, allowing me to pinpoint the part needed. Quotes for mobile phone screen or console damage can be quick to quote but sometimes I need 24-48 hours to provide a price for repair. It may be necessary to provide a deposit, usually 50% of the quote. This can be paid by card or PayPal.

Some items will be classed as Beyond Economical Repair (BER), which means it would be cheaper to replace the item than fix it. However, this all depends on the replacement cost of the item, not really age related, for example, I receive a laptop with a cracked screen, now many people would be tempted to throw it away, get a new one, spend £300+, when all it really needs is a new screen. This will cost anywhere between £50 and £100 depending on the make, model, etc. etc. So, £50-£100 to get your laptop working is much better than £300 spent on a new laptop, and not having the stress of transferring all your personal files. Now if you say its running slow too, I can probably sort that out too, when I have a device in bits I clean out all the dust, by the time I'm done your device will be like new.

Working hours are Monday to Saturday 10 - 5 and Sunday 11-3, Collections are usually carried out at weekends and evenings. (Chargeable for out of town).

Any Items that are BER are returned to the drop off point for collection, anything not collected within 30 days of notification, will be sold to recover costs.
